Peer Response #1 Week 9

My response is to Osa's Calisthenic for this week.

She has long droopy breasts, not perky
like a teen girl in a porno lick,
but not flabby granny-breasts - deflated balloons,
nipples still succulent, with a wide dark-brown areola, perfect radii.
Why so serious Dick? Does female sexuality scare you?

Toss them overboard, for the fish in the bowl.
Insurance money, check. Food in the bowl.

I really liked your call and response work. I thought you were very descriptive and specific when talking about her “long droopy breast.” I specifically liked the comparison between the droopy breasts to the perky boobs the porn stars are supposed to have. Then things get twisted when there is a response with questioning whether or not female sexuality scares Dick. It’s an interesting route to take because most people wouldn’t think to ask whether or not female sexuality scares him. I think most people would just respond with, “Why are you being such an ass about her boobs?”

Then you move to something completely different. I don’t actually speak Spanish so I had to look up what the last line meant, besides burrito of course.

Then you move to death where people had their throats crushed. I like the response for that stanza because for me it explains the two lines above it. They didn’t convert so they were killed. I thought you did a good job with this exercise. It moves around and it keep you paying attention.
